Pasta Making Class with Chef Gebauer AAC WCMC GMC

Chef Peter Gebauer, AAC, WCMC, GMC shares his global experience and knowledge in international food with the class attendants. In this progressive class you will learn how to make fresh pasta for some classic Italian dishes. Chef will also share cooking techniques, methods and some personal “hacks” in the kitchen.

Work side by side with the chef and learn “hands on”.

In this pasta making class, Chef Gebauer AAC, WCMC, GMC, will take you to Italy on a classic pasta making tour where you:

  • Learn the difference between fresh and dried pasta
  • Explore the three kinds of prepared dishes both are used for
  • Under the Chef’s guidance, attendees will make fresh pasta for tagliatelli and ravioli
  • Prepare the classic Alfredo sauce and more
  • Learn how to properly pair your pasta and sauce

Class Duration 3- 3.5 hours

Cost is $110.00 per person

Food and a nonalcoholic beverage is included

Includes all recipes for the dishes prepared
