Chef Peter Gebauer and his wife Aimé will ensure your dining experience is a great one. Combined they each have more than fifty years of hospitality experience, including Gaylord Opryland Resort Nashville, Palace Resorts Cancun and the Disney Cruise Line just to name a few.

The Chef’s Table
Chef Gebauer AAC WCMC GMC will customize an elaborate dinner menu depending on your vision and occasion. Chef will source Arizona grown products in season as much as it is feasible and in addition, many items such as cheese, breads, jams and charcuterie are crafted in-house by the culinary team.
Our chef will visit your table and convey the passion he puts into each recipe. Peek around the corner into our full view kitchen and watch our culinary team at work. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your food and paired beverages in our cozy dining room.
Seating is limited and it is strongly advised to plan at least two weeks out for this unique dining experience in the Granite Dells.
On special occasions such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving we serve a special menu. Mother’s Day Brunch and Thanksgiving Menu is served Family Style, for these lavish events, we offer a taste of everything, so there are no choices to make. Just sit back and enjoy!

Watson Lake Inn Bed & Breakfast, features four guest suites to choose from; each is unique, and each offer some stunning views of the Granite Dells or Granite Mountain. All but the New Tennessee Suite are located on the second floor of our log home, featuring stunning views of the Granite Dells, Granite Mountain as well as Mingus Mountain and San Francisco in the distance. Depending your suite location, you may be able to enjoy stunning sunrise or sunsets from your suite.
