Prescott Bed and Breakfast Owners Peter and Aime GebauerAime Gebauer is a professional administrator with a Bachelor in Organisational Leadership from Marquette University with extensive experience in training and administration for the hospitality, retail and manufacturing industries in Nashville, Wisconsin and Mexico.
Growing up in a small town in Central Mexico, she had a humble childhood as part of a family of nine.  She first studied in Mexico and Chicago earning her degree as Administrative Assistant. Later in life she went back to school and earned her Leadership and Organizations degree.  After thirteen years of working in Central Mexico, in administration and training, she moved to Cancun to her first opening in Retail.
While in Cancun, an interesting opportunity in training for Palace Resorts five properties in Cancun and the Rivera Maya got her excited.  A couple of years later she moved to Nashville, Tennessee to join Gaylord Opryland Resort as part of their training team. Then she moved to Wisconsin and switched gears back to manufacturing taking the role of EHS&S coordinator and trainer for the Scotts MiracleGro facility in Germantown, WI.
In January 2017, Aime and her family purchased a log home in Prescott, AZ and after some renovation they opened the Watson Lake Inn Bed & Breakfast, in March 2017. Aime is involved in the day-to-day operation of the Inn. The Bed and breakfast will also include a cooking school which Peter will instruct. Classes will be small, hands-on and demonstration with focus on using local products, including produce and fruit from the Watson Lake Inn gardens.
