At the Watson Lake Inn, breakfast, coffee and desserts will feature seasonal and Arizona grown products. We embrace a return to the old ways with wholesome foods and ancient grains – naturally grown or raised, nutrient-dense and minimally processed.
The Inn is also home of The Culinary Academy, a culinary arts program leveraging the vast experience of the chef and owner; The place where you can learn to have fun in the kitchen. Classes are meant to entertain, amuse, and inspire you, giving you confidence no matter what you’re cooking up. Our classes cover a world of cuisines and trendy topics.

Located near Willow Lake and Watson Lake and just minutes from downtown Prescott, with spectacular views of the Granite Dells and Mingus Mountain, Watson Lake Inn is truly a special place. The log home was constructed in 1996 and recently was refurbished to provide for a comfortable stay. Each suite has a private bath and refrigerator/freezer.
